Audit (Sit In) Form – please submit this form in order to fulfill the departmental requirement of two sit ins during your third year. If you wish to enroll as an official auditor (and have the course appear on your transcript), you must email your request to the DGS, including the course name and number. The request will be forwarded to the registrar who will enroll you.
